Registration procedure
All registrations must be made online through http://registrations.uroweb.org. Online registration is open until 17 October 2011.

No registration will be accepted unless accompanied by full payment details (banker's draft, copy of bank transfer or credit card, in Euro only). The registration will only be confirmed after receipt of the required fees. All payments should be received by 27 October 2011.  

Individual Registrations (if you would like to register yourself)
All individual registrations must be made through the official online registration system.

In order to make an individual registration, please choose the option "Click here to register yourself". Please click here to make an individual registration.

Group Registrations (if you would like to register another or multiple person(s))
Group registration is possible for companies, travel agencies and others wishing to register another or multiple persons.  Registrations will not be accepted without the business or home address of each delegate. Please click here to make a group registration.

Membership
Please note that outstanding payments for EAU membership will be checked by the EAU Central Office.  Reduction on the registration fee will not be granted if there are outstanding amounts due.

Insurance
The organisers do not accept responsibility for any personal damage. Participants are strongly advised to arrange their own personal insurance.

Cancellation policy
Cancellation of registration should be notified to the congress organiser in writing prior to 16 September 2011.

Before 16 September 2011: 50% of the registration fee will be reimbursed.
After 16 September 2011: no refund will be made.  
All refunds will be handled after the congress.

Terms of payment
All payments must be made in Euro. Please note that you will be charged a higher fee if we receive payment after the stated deadlines.  
Payments can be made by credit card (secure payment page), cheque or bank transfer. Registration will only be valid upon receipt of the full payment by the EAU Central Office.

A confirmation and invoice confirming registration will only be sent after receipt of the appropriate fees. Outstanding payments must be paid on-site. A copy of the bank transfer (or other proof of payment) will be required in the event that registration fees were not credited to the congress bank account on time. All refunds will be handled after the congress.
